Privacy Policy for Krusva
This Privacy Policy explains how Krusva handles information when you use the Krusva mobile application. Krusva is a shift meal planning app that helps users set up a shift, record meal and hydration details, create saved meal packs, add public shift notes in the Crew area, and review shift logs. Krusva is not a clinical tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.
1. Information You Provide
Krusva may store the information you choose to enter in the app, including:
- Shift setup details, such as shift type, start and end times, expected break windows, storage access, microwave access, caffeine preference, and personal shift goal.
- Meal logs, including meal title, meal moment, editable nutrition estimates, water amount, caffeine amount, ingredients, break duration, hunger, energy, comfort, completion status, and notes.
- Photos you choose to take with the camera or select from your photo library for meal logs, saved packs, or Crew pack posts.
- Saved pack details, including pack names, prep steps, storage tags, break-fit labels, photos, and notes.
- Crew content, such as user-created pack posts, public shift notes, display author name, role label, save actions, worked-on-shift marks, followed contributors, reports, and blocked contributors.
- Shift review information generated from your saved shift logs, water logs, caffeine logs, meals, packs, and archives.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Krusva is designed to store app state locally on your device, including shift setup, meal logs, saved packs, Crew posts, notes, saved items, follows, reports, blocked contributors, archived shifts, and credit balance records. Local storage helps the app keep your shift information available between launches.
3. Camera and Photo Library Access
Krusva asks for camera access only when you choose to take a meal or pack photo. Krusva asks for photo library access only when you choose an existing photo. Photos are used to display the selected meal or pack image inside the app and to support editable plate or pack estimate flows. You should not include faces, badges, charts, employer names, patient information, private workplace details, or other sensitive information in photos or public Crew notes.
4. Purchases and Shift Credits
Krusva may offer optional Shift Credits through Apple in-app purchase. Credits may be used for optional actions shown in the app, such as plate estimate flows, pack generation, and review export. Apple processes App Store payments. Krusva does not receive your full payment card number from Apple. Krusva may store local purchase fulfillment records, product identifiers, credit balance, and credit transaction state to help provide purchased credits and prevent duplicate fulfillment.
5. How Information Is Used
Krusva uses information entered in the app to:
- Build and display your Shift Board.
- Create, edit, score, save, and review meal logs.
- Create and reuse saved meal packs.
- Show public Crew pack posts, notes, saves, worked marks, follows, reports, and blocks inside the app.
- Generate shift review summaries and exportable review text.
- Manage optional Shift Credit purchases and credit spending.
- Operate app settings, local persistence, and basic support workflows.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
Krusva does not sell personal information. Information you add to the Crew area may be visible as public in-app content within the Crew experience. Reports and block actions may be used to maintain a safer Crew area. If future versions add server-backed sharing, moderation, analytics, or account features, this Privacy Policy should be updated before those features are submitted or released.
Krusva may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests, enforce app terms, protect users, or address security, fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
7. Nutrition Estimates and Sensitive Information
Nutrition values, Shift Plate Scores, and review summaries are editable estimates for personal planning. They are not medical advice and should not be used for diagnosis, treatment, emergency decisions, or medical nutrition therapy. Do not enter patient information, employer confidential information, exact workplace unit details, or other sensitive third-party information into Krusva.
8. Children
Krusva is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Krusva, contact us so we can review and address the request.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Information stored locally in Krusva remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Some purchase-related records may remain as required for app operation, transaction support, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. To request help with privacy questions or deletion, contact us using the information below.
10. Security
Krusva uses reasonable safeguards appropriate for a mobile app, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for avoiding sensitive workplace, patient, or third-party information in photos, notes, and public Crew content.
11. International Use
If you use Krusva outside your country or region, your information may be processed according to the laws that apply to the app operator, Apple services, and your device environment.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Krusva changes. The updated version will show a new effective date. Material changes should be made available before or when the updated app version is released.
